Flower Care:
- Carefully remove packaging.
- Keep the string tied around the stems if you wish to retain the strong shape on hand-tied bouquets, remove if you want to arrange the flowers yourself.
- Use a a sharp, clean blade or scissors, cut 3 cm of each stem at a 45 degree angle
- Place the bouquet in a clean vase large enough to allow the stems to reach at least half way down. Fill three-quarters of the vase with lukewarm water and add flower food. Do not use metal containers if using flower food, as metal can neutralise the food's beneficial effects.
- Remove any leaves that lie bellow the water level, these will de-compose and contaminate the water, killing your flowers.
- Place the flowers in a cool position, away from heating and cooling vents, direct sunlight or draughts.
- Keep your flowers away from ripening fruit
- Add fresh water daily
- If you flowers are aqua packed, remove the water at the base and follow the instructions above. To leave your flowers in the water bubble will shorten their life. This is a mode of transport only.
- Arrangements:
- Do not allow oasis to dry out or become waterlogged
